How Do I Place An Order?

To place an order, visit the product detail page for an item you wish to buy.

  1. Tap Add to Cart.
  2. When you’ve finished adding items to your cart, tap the View Cart icon.
  3. Tap Proceed to checkout and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Review your order information and tap Place Your Order to complete your purchase.

You’ll see an order confirmation screen when your purchase has been completed.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx. Orders $50 and over are shipped FREE. Taxes and Gift Cards do not count toward the Free Shipping total.

Shipping times and prices are based on your location and will vary. Most orders shipped within the USA take 3-5 business days. Orders shipped outside of the USA will take 2-3 weeks depending on your location. Once your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking.

Delivery times are calculated from the first full day the package is “in transit” to you.

Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.

Orders & Payment

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

No, you do not need to have an account to place an order with T-Shirt Collectors. You can simply shop, add items to the cart, and check out. When you place your order, you can provide an email address for order confirmations so you can track your order. Doing so will not set up an account, and it will not result in a subscription to e-mail newsletters unless you choose to subscribe.

Do You Offer Test Prints?

We cannot provide test print samples except in certain cases. We aim to answer all questions about size, color, and placement though the digital mockups we provide for each order. We use the Pantone Uncoated book for color matching.

Is There An Order Minimum?

Our minimum is 12 garments per design for screen printing and no minimum on all other print methods. There is an additional $10 fee for ink color changes. We can accommodate up to two different styles (mens/womens, or tshirts/hoodies) of garments at this quantity. Generally we provide the garments, but if you provide your own please speak with us beforehand. And please provide extras for testing/misprints.

What Brands Do You Offer?

We believe in offering our customers a variety of the best apparel on the market to fit your needs and style. The type of fabric you choose for your garment is not only important for the feel and look, it can make a big difference to the way it prints too. Combed cotton fabrics are designed specifically to screen print better than basic carded or uncombed cotton. Combed cotton has more of the fiber removed in the knitting process, which means printing inks sit much more cleanly on the face of the shirt after printing. Poly blend garments are used for Spot Dye Sublimation.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept cash, credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay and checks.

When Will I Be Charged?

You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Orders are packed and shipped after 1-3 days  processing time. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, tshirtcollectors.com is not responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, incorrect shipping addresses etc.

Turnaround time starts when mockups are approved and the order is paid in full. We aim to turn jobs around within 3-5 business days. There is an additional fee for rush orders. For rush orders, we require an allowance for misprints so please order extra. Turnaround time does not include shipping time.

We cannot be responsible for out of stock items from the manufacturer. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, we will credit your account.

November/December is a busy holiday time. We encourage you to place your order as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. For Rush Orders, please see our guidelines and fees.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking. You can check the status of your order two ways. Click here to go to our order status page.

You can sign in to your account (if you have one), or check the status by entering your 4-digit order number and the billing zip code.

Returns & Exchanges

What Is Your Return Policy?

Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail to our warehouse. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-wallet credit. Customized or made to order items cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned.

What Is Your Holiday Return Policy?

Our Holiday Return Policy applies to all purchases made from November 1, 2017, through December 25, 2017. We will gladly accept these items if returned by February 28, 2018.

If you are returning a gift and are not the original purchaser, please be sure to indicate the item you would like in exchange and any changes to the delivery address. You should also indicate if you would prefer to have a Gift Card mailed to you if your exchange is out of stock. Please note, if no replacement item or Gift Card is requested, the return credit will apply to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

What If My Product is Damaged or Defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please call us at (877) 691-7728 or email to admin@tshirtcollectors.com and we will help you exchange or return the item.

  1. Fill out the Return + Exchange Form on your packing list and pack it with your items in a securely sealed package. Please indicate that the items were a gift. Don’t forget to save a copy of your order number for your records – you can find it in the upper left-hand corner of your packing list.
  2. Make sure any old labels on your package are removed or obscured and affix your pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label.
  3. That’s it! Now, just drop your package in the mailbox, give it to your postal carrier, schedule a free carrier pickup, or take it to any authorized USPS facility. There is no postage required.

What is Your Returns & Exchange Option?

Returning by Mail?

Get refunded faster with easy online returns and print a FREE pre-paid return SmartLabel® online!

To start, sign into your account and click on Order History to select the order that you would like to return. Once you have selected your order, click “Create a Return” and complete the instructions provided to print your return shipping label. After you have successfully created a return, we will send you an email confirmation with your return tracking information.

You will also receive an email once your return as been processed (make sure to check your spam folder). Once processed, please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be credited back to your original form of payment.

Please note that this service is currently only available for US customers and can be used for all US addresses including APO/FPO addresses and US Territories. SmartLabel® cannot be used outside of the US or on any oversized items that require a special pickup. If you are located outside of the United States or require a special pickup, please see the below FAQ for more information on how to return your order.

Don’t have a printer? Use your FREE pre-paid SmartLabel® located at the bottom of your packing list (US customers only)!

Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label. We do not accept COD returns.

What If My Product is Damaged, Defective or Has A Misprint?

We have extremely talented print makers here and we aim to never make mistakes. But as humans operating a hand pulled art form, occasionally it happens. If this happens to your order, we will credit the difference of the lost items to your next order. We cannot do an additional print run for the lost shirts.

If you are supplying goods for printing, we request that you include 5% extra in each size. Also, if you are supplying your own goods and we misprint one, we cannot be responsible for replacing it.

We try our best to catch any manufacturer defects on T-shirts before printing. After printing, we cannot return the item and we can’t be responsible for any manufacturer defects. This is somewhat rare but part of the T-shirt business and we can’t replace these items.

When Can I Expect My Return/Exchange To Be Processed?

If you’ve requested an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your new order if it is shipping to the US. If you would like to expedite the exchange process, please return your original item and place a new order for the item you want.

How Do I Return Or Exchange My Item If I Am an International Customer?

Unfortunately, exchanges are not available for international item. Items can only be returned for a refund. If you would like a replacement item, please place another order online.

Gift Cards

About Gift Cards

All Gift Cards can be purchased here, and are available in any amount between $25 – $2,000 USD.

Gift Cards purchased on T-ShirtCollectors.com can be used on any merchandise and can not be used to purchase other gift cards.

E-Gift Cards

E-Gift Cards are sent to your selected recipient via email. E-Gift Cards are sent within an hour of being ordered. You will receive an email confirmation that your E-Gift Card was sent, along with the email address it was sent to.

Don’t want to send it right away? You can also choose a future date for delivery!

How Do I Redeem A Gift Card?

To redeem a Gift Card on TShirtCollectors.com, select “Use a TShirtCollectors Gift Card" on the Payment page at Checkout. Type your Gift Card number into the field. E-Gift Card numbers will have a PIN which must also be entered. We suggest typing the information directly into the field instead of copying and pasting.

How Do I Check My Gift Card Balance?

To check your gift card balance, visit the my account page here and login.

  1. Tap My Account.
  2. Select Account Details.
  3. Select Gift Cards.
  4. View your gift card account.

About Deleted or Lost Gift Cards

Gift Cards that are purchased through the TShirtCollectors.com website or any of our affiliate TShirtCollectors stores are bearer documents. TShirt Collectors is unable to reissue Gift Cards that have been lost or stolen.

If your Gift Card is an TShirtCollectors.com Gift Card that was delivered electronically, you can resend the Gift Card from the Your Orders page. If you need assistance resending an electronic TShirtCollectors.com Gift Card, please contact us at (877) 691-7728 or by email to admin@tshirtcollectors.com.

You’ll need to provide the following information:

Order number (if possible)
Purchaser’s name and recipient’s name
E-mail address to which the gift card was sent

Returning Items Purchased with a Gift Card

E-Gift Cards

If items purchased on TShirtCollectors.com are returned to our warehouse, a new E-Gift Card in the amount of the credit will be automatically emailed to you.

If you prefer, the store can also issue a merchandise credit to your account instead.

If Two Or More Payment Methods Are Used

If you have used two or more pay methods for a purchase and items are returned, the credit card will be refunded first followed by the Gift Card.
